In Catherine’s short life, she had wonderful support from health professional, but ultimately her multiple health issues resulted in her dying as an infant. Here is a note left beside baby Catherine by nurses who cared for her. It reminded nurses to stretch our Catherine’s fingers due to the tendons issue in her fingers. Also pictured, is Catherine’s hospital identification bracelet and a small baby’s silver bracelet.
